My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was a bit sketchy with homeless individuals roaming around, but it was convenient for my needs. The rooms were constantly noisy from outside and neighboring activities, making it hard to relax, but the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Kyle, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
